2

Talk with us

Tell us about your concerns, goals, current symptoms and any past experiences that may affect your comfort.

The dentist completes an examination and recommends diagnostic records when appropriate for your circumstances.

4

Common questions

Before your first appointment

Is an online request a confirmed appointment?

No. Your appointment is confirmed only after a team member contacts you and agrees on a date and time.

How long will my first visit take?

Timing depends on the reason for your visit, the assessment required and whether diagnostic records are recommended. Our team can give you scheduling guidance when confirming the appointment.

Will treatment begin at the first visit?

That depends on your needs, available time and the dentist’s assessment. Some visits focus on diagnosis and planning; urgent care may follow a different process.

Can I use the Canadian Dental Care Plan?

Yes, CDCP patients are welcome. Bring your CDCP member ID and coverage information. Co-payments or other out-of-pocket costs may apply.
